Roger was the brother of my best friend in grade school, Freda Estepp. He and his brother Roy passed away from injuries sustained in a car accident on a turnpike in Tennessee. I remember seeing him ride his bike as a child in front of our house in Michigan. He had a shock of the brighest red hair and was always smiling and friendly anytime I saw him.
