Russian Nobility. Born as Elisabeth, Baroness de Strogonoff, daughter of Baron Alexander of Strogonoff. In 1795 she married Count Nikolay Nikitich Demidoff. She gave birth to two children, Paul and Anatole, who later became the First Prince of San-Donato. The marriage wasn't a happy one and they got separated after the second son was born. She moved to Paris where she died.
