Daughter of William & Wendy Duncan-Clark, older sister of Abigail Elisabeth Clark, & granddaughter of Roger & Ruth Duncan, & Mary Peck.

Megan is always in our thoughts and our hearts each and every day that goes by. She never knew sadness, never knew disappointment, never knew loss. The only thing she knew was that she was loved. A lifetime of love was what she had and we are glad we were able to give that to her.

Megan passed away due to Potter's Sequence, a type of Potter's Syndrome, which is a condition when the baby's kidneys are not working due to a defect in development shortly after the baby is conceived. Because the kidneys are not functioning, there is no amniotic fluid in the womb, much needed fluid for lung development. "A wife who loses a husband is called a widow. A husband who loses a wife is called a widower. A child who loses his parents is called an orphan. But...there is no word for a parent who loses a child, that's how awful the loss is!"
