---Cecil Earl Bragg, 51, formerly of Kirksville and Novinger area died at 3:45 Friday morning (June 22, 1979) in the Cliff Manor Convalescent Home in Kansas City. He had been in failing health with Multiple Sclerosis for several years.
---He is survived by his wife, the former Toni Johnson of Kirksville and two children Lora and Mitch all of Cameron. Cecil was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Bragg and a brother of Mrs. Robert (Betty) Moore all of Kirksville.
---Funeral arrangements will be announced later.

---Graveside services for Cecil E. Bragg, 51, formerly of Kirksville and Novinger, will be held Monday morning (June 25, 1979) at eleven o'clock in the Graceland Memorial cemetery at Cameron. The services will be under of the Poland-Thompson Funeral Home of Cameron.
---Mr. Bragg died Friday morning (June 22, 1979) in the Cliff Manor Convalescent Home in Kansas City. He had been in failing health for several years with multiple sclerosis.
---The son of Earl and Iona Rummerfield Bragg, he was born February 21, 1921 at Novinger. He married Thelma L. Johnson who survives. Also surviving are two children, Mitchell Bragg and Lorna Bragg of the home in Cameron; his parents of 4 Kirkwood Lane and one sister, Betty Moore of Kirksville.
---Mr. Bragg resided in Novinger and Kirksville before moving to Cameron. Before his retirement, due to ill health; he was a dock worker for the Plaza Trucking Company in Kansas City.
---During World War II, he served with the United States Army.
