FREMONT, Carson K., age 89, of Dayton, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 18, 2015. Carson was born March 28, 1926 in Terre Haute, IN to the late Walter Sr. & Muriel Fremont. He served in the Philippines in the U.S. Army during WWII. After graduating from Wheaton College, he ministered 39 years as a missionary in the Philippines and Hong Kong. After retirement Carson continued his teaching ministry in China, Guam, Hong Kong and the Philippines.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Darline; sisters, Marjorie and Jean; and brothers, Walter and William. Carson is survived by his loving wife of 13 years, Esther Joyce Fremont; children, Marcia, Paul, Carol and John; step-children, Dave, Laura and Keith; 18 grandchildren; one great-grandson; and many other relatives and friends.

The service will follow at 11am. Burial will take place at David’s Cemetery.
