Mrs. Ida (Wehr) Bachman, widow of Oscar W. Bachman, died yesterday at 7 p.m. at her home, 315 First street, Slatington. She was 63 years old. She was born in Heidelberg township, the daughter of the late Emanuel and Sarah Ann (Blose) Wehr. Her husband preceded her in death twenty-four years ago. Survivors are her children, Mrs. Helen Roberts, Violet, Eva, Ralph, at home; Charles, Slatington; Nellie, Allentown; Mrs. Evelyn Herman, Slatington; a grandson, William Bachman, at home; six other grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Alice Block, also at home; and a brother, Arthur Wehr, Emerald. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. from her late home. Burial will be made in Union cemetery, Slatington. Rev. R. Maxwell Paine, St. John's Reformed church, Slatington, of which she was a member, will officiate.
