The Garden of Angels organization was founded by Debi Faris, where little Aaron and other discarded babies are taken from the county morgue, given a name, bathed, held and rocked, and lovingly laid to rest complete with mourners (including many police officers and detectives who've investigated their cases), prayers, music, and a white dove which is released into the air - symbolic of their soul ascending to heaven.
