Sara Leann Blackford, age 18, of Hockley passed away on August 6, 2010.
She is survived by her parents, Kevin Blackford and Tina Purvis; grandparents, Hershel and Diana Blackford, and Tina and John Mitcham; brothers, Kevin Mitcham, and Ricky Shane Blackford; sisters, Trina Purvis, Terri Riccardelli, and Tonya Purvis; nephew, Ryan Purvis; and numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 13, 2010 from 5 to 8pm at Canon Funeral Home.
Funeral Services were conducted on Saturday August 14, 2010 at 10am at Canon Funeral Home with Pastor Tom Dobbs officiating.
Interment followed at Fieldstore Cemetery.
Sara lived to be 18 years, 2 months and 4 days old.
Sara and Landon lost their lives in a house fire.
