*William T. Buck was the son of William F. and Anna E. Buck born in 1869. He was a lifelong resident of Chester and a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania in 1892. Upon graduation he taught engineering at Drexel University. He took his education and became the manager of the most prominent office buildings in the city of Philadelphia. He was survived by his wife Helen Carpenter Grosso Buck, three step children, Vincent J. Grosso, Loretta Grosso Shaffer and Ernest Grosso. He also had four grandchildren, Lil Loretta Grosso, Vincent J. Grosso, Jr., Charlotte Jill Grosso and Carol Grosso. He died at Doctor's Hospital in the city of Philadelphia. He was 82 years old.
He was predeceased by his first wife Sue Rathman Buck.
Bill Buck was the mentor to his son Vincent J. Grosso. He was a beloved and respected by all who knew him.
Bill Buck touched more lives than most people ever could. His legacy will live on forever.
