Kevin M. "Ty" Kadrlik, 36, of Marshfield died Monday, Dec. 20, 2010, in the Emergency Room at St. Joseph's Hospital in Chippewa Falls as a result of an industrial accident.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2010, at Rembs Funeral Home in Marshfield with the Rev. James J. Logan officiating. Burial will be in St. Kilian's Cemetery in Blenker.
Visitations will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 27, 2010, at Rembs Funeral Home and again on Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. until time of the service.
Kevin was born Aug. 12, 1974, in Marshfield to Edward and Roberta (Lobner) Kadrlik. He was a 1993 graduate of Auburndale High School. He joined the Wisconsin National Guard while in high school. After graduation, he was employed at various businesses in Marshfield until starting Concrete Creations with his partner, Dan Grabow.
Kevin was presently employed for Lewis Construction Company in Schofield.
He was united in marriage to Romy L. Simonsmeier on Oct. 17, 1998, in Auburndale.
He enjoyed working outdoors and was a fun and loving husband and father with a great sense of humor. Ty was a favorite uncle to his many nieces and nephews.
Kevin is survived by his wife, Romy; children, Alaina and Jacob, both at home; parents, Ed and Roberta Kadrlik of Milladore; maternal grandmother, Genevieve Lobner of Nekoosa; two brothers, Michael (Tammy) Kadrlik of Cheyenne, Wyo., and Dan (fiancee Jennifer) Kadrlik of Sherry; and one sister, Korene (Matt) Slade of Marshfield.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, August and Caroline Kadrlik; and maternal grandfather, Robert Lobner.
