Wife of Samuel Marion Adams, daughter of William Foy and Catherine Pletcher

In 'Newton County Families' it states:
'Samuel Adams was born June 3, 1870, to Matthew and Becky Sparks Adams at Deer, Arkansas. He married Iska Foy. Iska was born January 7, 1874, to Will and Rate Foy in White City, Kansas.
Sam and Iska live at Deer where twelve children were born to them.
George was born July 23, 1892, and died at Alma, Arkansas, December 1, 1968. He was married to Cassie Brown. They had eight children.
Delpha was born June 16, 1894, and died in California, February 24, 1960. She married John Faught. They had eight children.
Lola was born September 21, 1896, and died September 9, 1969. She was buried at Deer. She married Menless Faught. They had eight children. One little girl died at age two years.
Lester was born September 31, 1902. He is buried in Oklahoma. His first wife as Cora Hampton. Six children were born to them. His second wife was Orpha Dotson. They, too, had six children.
Chester, a twin to Lester, was born September 21, 1901. He married Jewel Perry. They had eleven children. He died December 31, 1986, and is buried in the Self Cemetery.
Lillie was born March 4, 1904. She lives in Missouri. She married John Woodward. They had twelve children.
Leona was born November 24, 1905, and died September 7, 1906. She is buried at Deer, Arkansas.
Leroy :Roy was born July 7, 1907. He married Frona Freeman. They have nine children. They live at Pelsor, Arkansas.
Oral was born April 12, 1909 and died August 9, 1966, in Oklahoma. He married Sally Wheeler. They had eleven children.
Edna was born May 8, 1911 and died April 8, 1947. She is buried in Coleman Cemetery. They had six children.
Lena was born February 7, 1914. She married Kerm Davis. They had one son, Wilburn. He died in 1975. Lena and Kerm live at Dover, Arkansas.
Stella was born November 17, 1915. She married Adam Freeman. They have five living children. One son was stillborn and is buried in Coleman Cemetery.
Sam and Iska moved to what is now known as Gunter Ridge. Sam was a preacher. He either walked or rode a horse to fill his appointments to preach. After his wife died, he moved to Hurricane Creek to be near some of his children.'
