Kenney Beers
Kenney Beers, 63, went home to be with the Lord and to reunite with his parents, Darrell and Dorcas (Harrison) Beers; sister Sandra Beers Westover; brother, James Beers; and baby daughter, Susan Elaine Beers.

He leaves behind, his wife, Carol Maghes Beers; and his loving children, Kenneth Eric Beers; daughter-in-law, Andrea Muro Beers; daughters, Christine Beers Snow (and her fiance, Mark Prettyman), Laura Beers Gorka; and son-in-law, Jim Gorka. He also leaves his grandchildren, Michael Snow, Maxwell Beers, Benjamin Beers, Jackson Beers, Logan Gorka, Connor Gorka, and Roxanna Beers. Also left behind are his sisters, Patricia Beers Schreiner, and Kathryn Beers Ryan; as well as nieces and nephews.

His love and sense of humor will be greatly missed by all.

Calling hours will be on Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. and from noon to 1 p.m. on Friday at the Dunn-Quigley Funeral Home (811 Grant St.), where Fr. Clyde Foster will officiate at funeral services at 1 p.m. on Friday. Interment at East Akron Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family
