Mrs. Margaret A. Cumming, 80, of 1014 Eighth street, widow of Leonard E. Cumming, Port Huron resident 60 years, died Thursday in Port Huron Hospital after a short illness. Mrs. Cumming was a member of Grace Episcopal church; its Ladies Aid society and Ladies Auxiliary , and of the Ladies Library association. She was born Sept. 15, 1873 In Oscoda, Mich. Mr. Cumming died Jan. 10, 1945. Mrs, Cumming is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Frank Wittliff, Port Huron; a son Walter C. Dumming, Detroit; three grandchildren, David Cumming, with the U.S. Army in Germany; William W. Wittliff, Port Huron, amd Mrs. Donald Armstrong, LaMesa.,Calif.; four great grandchildren, and a brother Norval H. Young, Detroit. The remains will be in the Arthur Smith funeral home until 1 p.m. Sunday when they will be removed to the Goulden Memorial Chapel of Grace Church to like in state. Funeral sevices will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the Chaperl, Rev. Dr. A.E. DuPland, rector, will officiate. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery.
