Professional Basketball Player. He graduated from Lane Technical High School in Chicago in 1947 and DePaul University in 1951. He was an All-American basketball player at DePaul University under Coach Ray Meyer. He was the 25th pick in the 1951 NBA draft. He played 23 games for the Syracuse Nationals in the NBA in the 1953-54 season, averaging 3.3 points per game. He was inducted in the DePaul Basketball Hall of Fame in 1974, the Illinois Basketball Hall of Fame in 1975 and the Chicago Basketball Hall of Fame in 2006. He was a Korean War veteran.
