Mrs. Peggy Crum

Mrs. Peggy Victoria Ford Crum, 74, of 12424 Keymar Road, Keymar, died Monday, Dec. 24, at Frederick Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of Charles P. Crum, her husband of more than 54 years. Born March 23, 1927, in Frederick, she was a daughter of the late George D. and Elsie McBride Ford.

Several years ago, Mrs. Crum with her husband, owned and operated Barnes Store in Mount Pleasant.

She loved gardening of all sorts.

Surviving in addition to her husband are two children, Victoria L. Haines of Keymar, and Chuck P. Crum and wife Toni of Union Bridge; two grandchildren, Hilary S. Jones and husband Bradley E. of Frederick, and Jessica Crum of Union Bridge; one great-granddaughter, Madelyne Victoria Shea Jones of Frederick; two brothers, George Ford and wife Bobbi of Frederick, and David Ford and wife Cheryl of Pennsylvania; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Crum will also be remembered by her daughter Victoria's fiance, David Hoffman of Keymar. Mrs. Crum was preceded in death by a number of brothers and sisters.

Entombment will be in the mausoleum in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Frederick.
