There's not enough good things I can say about my brother, Fred; he was one in a million, and a friend to all who knew him.
Fred was one of five children born to Clinton Hiley and Lois Hiley. Throughout his life, he worked as a truck driver, in a grocery distribution center, and also served 9 years in the military, including two years in Viet Nam.
He was survived by his wife of 35 years, Joan, their daughter Donna Lynn and son in law Kelly Robbins, and three grandchildren (Brian, Kortni, and Brett).
