"Tilly" was a wonderful Christian woman and family friend. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Portsmouth, Ohio. She was a live-in care giver for a sweet little blind lady named Annie a few doors down from us when I was a little girl in Portsmouth, Ohio. Tilly always had a smile on her face and a song in her heart. She loved us kids and did all kinds of nice things for us. She was always keeping her eye on the sky looking for the return of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I'm looking forward to seeing her again in Heaven some sweet day!!
