Canadian Army General. Born in Montreal in 1866, he took part in the Expedition of the North-West, in 1885. He was the commanding officer of 65th Regiment (Montrial), from 1897 to 1902 and from 1907 to 1912. Then he had the command of the 12th Brigade of Infantry, from 1913 to 1916. He was promoted to Brigadier General in 1916. France made him Commander of the Legion of Honor in 1917. He died in December 1927 in Montreal.
