Charles Willard Benedict, 82, passed away Tuesday night at the home of his son, George H. Benedict, 236 Dean st. Besides George, he is survived by two other sons, Floyd of Grand Rapids and Edgar of LaPorte, Ind., 12 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren. His body reposes at the Van Surien funeral chapel where funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Interment in Elmwood cemetery Cedar Springs.
