Funeral services for Teagin Nathanial Rust, age 4, of El Reno will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2009, at Redlands Community College. Rev. Gerald Van Horn will officiate. Interment will be in the El Reno Cemetery. Services are under direction of Wilson Funeral Home.
Teagin was born March 25, 2004, in Oklahoma City. He was a student at Riverside Elementary School.
Teagin passed away with his mother, Summer Rust, his sisters, Kirsten Rust, Autumn Rust and Evynn Garas (aka "Sister Bear") on Jan. 12, 2009, in El Reno.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Norman Couch, and great-uncles, Shorty Couch and Earl Dean Couch; great-grandparents, Bobbie and Barbara Rust, Eddie Morse and Edith Nail; great-great-grandmother, Ethel Morse; and great-uncle, Tommy Morse.
Teagin is survived by his father, Jeremy Kukuk of Vinita. He is also survived by his uncles, Christopher Kukuk of El Reno, Robbie Booth of Tulsa, Tanner Rust of Carson City, Nev., Dyllan Rust of Carson City, Nev., and aunt, Terra Buzzard of Springfield, Mo.; great-uncles, Allen Couch and Leon Couch of El Reno; and maternal grandparents, Susan Rust of Carson City, Nev., and Don Rust of Springfield, Mo.; and his paternal grandparent, Barbara Couch of El Reno and great paternal grandmother, Geniva Couch of El Reno. He is also survived by paternal grandparent, Bobby Kukuk of Tulsa, and great-grandparent, Raymond Kukuk of Enid; and great-grandmother, Rubie Walker of Oregon and great-great-grandmother, Virginia Mincks of Stockton, Mo. He is also survived by cousins, Hailey Booth of Tulsa and Kaitlyn Carlson of Springfield, Mo.; numerous other uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and friends.
