Funeral services for Gracie Marie Bottoms, 75, of Crossville, who passed away Feb. 21, 1999, were held Feb. 24 from the chapel of Bilbrey Funeral Home, with burial in Green Acres Memory Gardens.
She was born Aug. 28, 1923 in Nix Creek, TN, the daughter of Ezra and Minnie Lowe Cook. Mrs. Bottoms was a homemaker, and she attended Bible Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Bottoms of Crossville; daughter and son-in-law, Kay and Paul Selby of Crossville; son and daughter-in-law, Bob and Linda Bottoms of Crossville; grandchildren, Bob Bottoms II, Bradley Bottoms, Robbie Bottoms and Stewart Selby, all of Crossville; and great-grandchildren, Tyler Selby, Viktoria Selby, Christopher Palmer and Christopher Wyatt, all of Crossville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ezra and Minnie Lowe Cook; grandson, Brent Selby; brother, Thurman Cook; and sister, Dean Sears.
Pallbearers her grandsons, Bob Bottoms II, Bradley Bottoms, Paul Selby, and Stewart Selby, and Brian Stooksbury and David Cook.
Bros. Willard Eldridge and Mike Kerley officiated, with special music by Reba Reed, and Molly and Bruce Wyatt.
