Services were at 10 a.m. Monday at Mulvane Cemetery with Hatfield-Smith Funeral Home, Belle Plaine, in charge of the arrangements. Rev. Harold Steinbach of Mulvane United Methodist Church officiated.
Survivors include his mother, Effie Ohmie of Haysville; a brother, Jack of Wichita; and a sister, Maxine Heedick of Mulvane. Kessinger was a nephew of Dorothy Hunt of Belle Plaine.
