Great Grandmother

Rumaldita 71 was my paternal grandmother. According to dad she was a very loving and kind person with the most beautiful long black hair. While my mother was pregnant with me my parents lived next door to her. She passed way when I was only one years old. However, she spent all lot of time with me always offering to babysit. My Mother said she loved me with all her heart. She supported my mother fully through her pregnacy and was very excited. On the morning she passed away she gave my dad a kiss and told him how much he meant to her. She died from a heart attack.

A Golden Heart

A heart so golden and true
No matter what, she will always be here for you.
Through rain or snow her love for you will always show.
I do believe God created her different from the rest
Has she showed you she is nothing but the best?
Everyone knows the answer to that question.
Her love for you is something I don't need to mention.
But when the day comes and she is laying still
Are you going to wish you showed her how you feel?
