Raven Violet Wallet, 6, third daughter born to Michelle and Jimmie Wallet in their La Conchita home on Dec. 21, 1998, left this world instantly by a tragic mudslide in La Conchita on Jan. 10, 2005.

Her mother, Michelle, and her two sisters, Hannah (10) and Paloma (2) also perished in this tragic natural disaster.

Blonde, blue-eyed Raven was a gorgeous, affectionate and excitably loud little girl, who spoke her mind as much as she giggled and played. She was a quick learner, except for the ability of learning to whisper. We suspect that just wasn't in her high-spirited and outgoing nature.

She enjoyed most things a 6-year-old would, such as skating, dancing, playing with dolls and even computers. But like her older sister, Hannah, she loved to draw and dress up in colorful and imaginative costumes.

Influenced by her musical family, this year she wanted to learn to play the violin. Everyone who met her fell in love with Raven. Her pure, sweet soul, ever so vibrant, will be missed by many, as will the rest of this very special family. She is survived by her many relatives and adoring family friends listed in her mother Michelle's obituary.
