Daughter of Benjamin Walter Reisch and Elizabeth Jean Simpson Reisch. Sister of Sheila Ann, Sharon Eileen, & Darlene Elizabeth. Grandaughter of Hiriam Simpson & Pearl Simpson & John Herman & Caroline Boyer Reisch. I didn't know my sister, she passed before I was born, however, I have heard such wonderful stories about her through the years. Mom said she was very angelic. She had a true love for Jesus. A genuine love that shined. She missed her 4th birthday by just a couple of weeks. Mom said at 3 years of age, she would sit in Grace Baptist Church and listen to the sermon! She remembered everything the preacher taught.
When she got sick, mom had this crazy feeling that something was really wrong and Vicki sealed that feeling by telling her the night she passed away that " I am going somewhere mommy but I don't know where". She died later that night. She died from complications to strep throat. The night she passed away, she slipped into a coma. In her hand was a small statue of Jesus holding a lamb.
Those who knew her will forever have the impression of a little angel stamped upon their hearts.
