One day during his illness, his grandma Jackie spent the night in his bed. She woke up with coins and paper currency stuck to her face. That was when she found out that Gyovonye used his pillow as his piggy bank! From then on, Jackie always made sure he had some cash under his pillow. His great grandma Joyce Rodriguez met him at the gates of heaven. Gyovonye leaves behind his loving and devoted father Daniel, mother, dear Great Grandpa Ismael, Grandma Jackie, Grandpa Fred, Aunt Rebecca, Uncle Tony, Cousins Madelynne, Joey and Alexazandria and many other loving relatives and friends.
