Phyllis P. Bills 90, of 612 West Main Street, Sheffield died unexpectedly at her home on Monday January 23, 2017.
Phyllis was born in Mount Jewett on March 7, 1926, daughter of the late Hartley and Emma Winner Adair. She attended and graduated from the Mt. Jewett High School class of 1944. Phyllis was married to the late Everett (Whitey) Bills in Mt. Jewett, January 26, 1950, and moved to Sheffield that year. She was a member of the Sheffield United Methodist Church, The Sheffield Senior Center and the Sheffield Vol. Fire Department Auxiliary.
She is survived by her children, Rebecca (William) Humbert, Erie, Pa, David (Valorie) Bills, Iowa City, Iowa, Scott (Vicki) Bills, Naples, Fla, and Kelly (John) Fuller, Barberton, Ohio, 8 Grandchildren, Amy (Skeek) Allen, Renee (Wesley) Davies, Julie Bills, Sean Fuller, Jessica Mayne, Samuel Bills, Maxwell Bills and Isaac Bills, and 2 great granddaughters, Morgan Allen and Freya Mayne, 1 brother, Robin Adair, Melbourne Fla. And 1 sister, Winifred Elinger, Mt. Jewett, Pa., and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Borden Funeral Home, Sheffield, 37 Friday January 27, 2017. A Funeral Service will be held at the Sheffield United Methodist Church, at 11:00 am, Saturday, January 24, 2017. Burial will be in the Sheffield Cemetery.
