Joseph B. Clark, 84, 103 Tionesta St., Sheffield, died at 3:40 p.m. on Wednesday, August 13, 2008, at Warren General Hospital after an extended illness.

Mr. Clark was born May 19, 1924 at Parkers Landing to the late William R. and Sarah B. Haugh Clark where he lived most of his life.

He worked as a machine operator at Sylvania, retiring after 35 years.

He was a member of Sheffield United Methodist Church, where he was an usher, a trustee, and a member of the church council. He also belonged to the Sheffield Rod and Gun Club. Joe enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.

Mr. Clark served in the Army during WWII in France, Germany, and Austria as Sergeant T3, Artillery.
