Born June 6, 1944 in Sheffield, she was a daughter of the late John and Thelma "Doris" Nichols Baker and remained a lifelong resident of the Sheffield area.
Marilyn enjoyed camping, fishing and the casino's, but her greatest pleasure came from her dogs, Angel and Suzie.
In addition to her estranged husband, Michael Faris, she is survived by three sons, Randy Sadler and his wife Diane, Aliquippa, Pa., Scott Sadler and his wife Christina, Warren, and John Sadler and his wife Jamie, Edinboro, Pa.; seven grandchildren, Dusty, Ryan Jackie, Billy and Stephanie Sadler, Aaron Arnold and Allison Jones; and one greatgrandson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Cynthia Sadler; one brother, Robert Baker; and one grandson, Kyle Sadler.
