Memorial services will be at noon Saturday, June 15, at the family residence, 253 Sixth St., Frederick.

Mrs. Ayer was born in Denver on Aug. 28, 1914. She married John Ayer Jr., 1940.

Survivors include son John III of Frederick; daughters Susan of Hotchkiss, Mary Josephine Butkovich of Wyoming; three grandsons.
