He started his automotive career at Land-Sharp Chevrolet, in Kansas City, Missouri. He later became the Service Manager of Pioneer Oldsmobile, in North Hollywood, California.
He is survived by his wife, Sonja Calvin; two daughters, four sons, seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren and two nieces in Missouri. He was preceded in death by two sons. Service will be Saturday, July 31, 2010, 2:30 p.m., at Woodland Hills Presbyterian Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Woodland Hills Presbyterian Church.
