John Arias, age 88, a resident of Fresno, CA for 50 years passed away at a Clovis hospital. He was a veteran of WWII serving in the U.S. Army Air Corps and was a potato packer for 35 years.
He is survived by his 3 sons: John Arias, Jr. and Renaldo "Dennis" Arias both of Fresno, CA & Michael Arias of San Jose, CA. 2 daughters: Julia Luna and Evelyn Santillan both of Los Banos, CA and 1 brother: William Arias of Modesto, CA. He is the grandfather of 16, great-grandfather of 30 and great-great-grandfather of 6.
Visitation at Jay Chapel in Madera followed by a Vigil service. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joachim Catholic Church followed by the interment at Calvary Cemetery in Madera.
