Jasper Allison, son of James and Nancy Allison, was born at Webster in Scioto County, Ohio, May 11, 1861.
He passed away at the home of his niece, Mrs. Joe Dale, at 10 o'clock p.m. October 4, 1946 at the age of 85 years, 4 months, and 23 days. He came to Kansas from Ohio in 1879, and resided in Stafford County the rest of his life. He lived with his niece, Mrs. Joe Dale, the past 3 years.
He became a member of the Baptist Church in 1886.
He is survived by his nieces, Mrs. Joe Dale, Mrs. Norwood McCune of Stafford and Mrs. Mike Roseberry of Wichita; James Hull, Mrs. R. E. Lloyd, Mrs. Larry Severy of Berkeley, California and several other nieces and nephews and many friends.
