Son of Clayton M.,Sr. and Frances (Thompson) Holland born in Altoona July 17, 1949.

He is survived by his mother, a brother Terry, and sisters Diane and Brenda, all at home.

He was emloyed by White Spot Restaurant before entering the service in March of 1967. Pfc. Holland was a member of the Mill Run Mennonite Church.

Killed in action: January 24, 1968, struck by mortar fragments in Quang Tri, South Vietnam.
