Charles C. Bowser, 56, of box 8, Duncansville RD 5, died unexpectedly at 2:57 a.m. Saturday, April 29, 1989, at Mercy Hospital emergency room.

Mr. Bowser was employed as a shipping clerk for Butterick Co. Inc.

He was born July 31, 1932, in Claysburg, the son of Ray and Jennie (Snyder) Bowser, and Jan. 2, 1953, in Dry Run, married Dorothy Edmundson.

Surviving are his wife, three children: Terry L. Holtslander of Duncansville, Ricky L. of Hollidaysburg and Randy A., and three grandchildren.

Also surviving are two sisters: Eunice Scritchfield of Roaring Spring, and Mary Scott of Hollidaysburg.

Mr. Bowser attended the Leamersville Grace Brethren Church.

He was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Donald D. Liebegott Funeral Home, Duncansville.

BOWSER - Services for Charles C. Bowser of Box 8, Duncansville RD5, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Donald E. Liebegott Funeral Home Inc., Duncansville, by the Rev. John E. Gregory. Interment at Carson Valley Cemetery. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
