Amanda was our neice. My husband and her mother were brother and sister. Amanda was a sweet young woman, always smiling, given to spontaneous hugs. As a child she spent a few weeks with us during the summer and had a good time swimming in our pool. My fondest memory of Amanda was helping her get all dressed up and then taking glamor shots of her and her Mom and her Grandmother, Charlotte. That was fun.

Amanda, we loved you very much. Life dealt you some tough blows, but you never let them get you down. Rest in peace.
