I believe this to be the headstone marking the grave of Milton P Dill, who served in the Confederate States Army during the War of Northern Aggression in Company D of the 16th South Carolina Infantry as well as the 6th SC Cavalry. It is said that he was the first person to be buried in this cemetery.
Milton's brother Wilson Elford Dill is also buried in this cemetery, 44615353.
