ROBERT WALL was born in Ireland around 1800. He married JANE DORMER in Ireland. They had at least three children born in Ireland: Mary,Julia and Bridget. By 1837 he had immigrated to the United States and the family lived in the East Norwegian Section of Pottsville, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. d, ROBERT, had several occupations including: teacher, estate agent and hotel operator. He died in 1862. Sometime after that his wife, JANE, moved to Philadelphia and apparently all of their children eventually lived in Philadelphia. Their son, Lawrence, became a Roman Catholic priest and was the rector of St. Dominic's R.C. Church in the Holmesburg section of Philadelphia. It is not known exactly where ROBERT WALL is buried at St. Patrick's church cemetery.
