Aaron was born in Minneapolis, MN and is the son of Stephen and Patricia Edquist. Aaron was our only child. He was raised in Burnsville, Minnesota, a suburb just south of Minneapolis. Aaron loved to camp and drive!
We spent almost every weekend since 1995 camping in the summer. I will always remember the great fun we had camping, and our many camp fires when we would kick back and spend time together. Aaron also loved playing video games and we spent a lot of time together doing that during the winter months.

Jesus said unto her [Martha], I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this? - John 11: 25-26

I think about you most of every day.
You are the gift that graces all I do,
The single star that lights my lonely way.
I miss so much what words cannot convey:
The lilt, the laugh, the smile, the savor new.
I think about you most of every day
And dream about the places where you play,
Wandering where you might wander, too,
The single star that lights my lonely way,
The happiness that haunts where I must stay,
This wilderness of soul where wounds accrue.
I think about you most of every day,
And in this cell where I am locked away,
Where no one hears my song, I sing to you,
The single star that lights my lonely way.
I sing of truth that words cannot betray
And love no harrowing can hide from view.
I think about you most of every day,
The single star that lights my lonely way.

**Aaron**

Memories of smiles,
Of kisses and hugs.
Long sleepless nights,
Never ending love.

So small and so precious,
Little hands, tiny feet.
We loved every inch of you,
Our little boy so sweet.

As you grew, you blossomed,
A wonderful child.
Who brought laughter and happiness,
With your bright, sunny smile.

To know you, was to love you,
To have been your parent, a joy.
I was blessed and amazed,
With our sweet little boy.

Then one day without realizing,
The boy was almost a man.
He brought such a sense of peace and
fulfillment,
As only a very few can.

He drew people to him,
With his kindness and grace.
His wit and his wisdom,
Fit in any place.

Who knew we would lose him,
Who knew, only God.
The Angels came for him,
He's not under that sod.

Our beautiful Aaron,
His Heavenly journey begun.
He's now one of God's special Angels,
We too gave our begotten son.
