Charles Prier died yesterday noon at his home, No. 7 North Main street, aged 73 years, 2 months and 22 days. His death was due to organic trouble of the heart, and he had been in poor health for three years. He leaves a wife and one son in this city and another son in Burlington. The funeral will be held at the house Wednesday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock.

The funeral of Charles Prier, who died at his home, No. 7 North Main street, Monday, was held at the house yesterday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock. Rev. George Eliot Cooley officiated. The bearers were Frank B. Prier of Burlington and H.M. Prier, Eben Bishop and John Pinlon of this city. The burial was in the old Protestant cemetery on West street.
