Mrs. Ema Prior died at her home, No. 7 North Main street, at 5 o'clock yesterday afternoon after a two weeks' illness with pneumonia, aged 74 years. She leaves two sons, Henry M. and Fred V. Prior, both of this city. The funeral will be held at the house Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock.

Relatives and a few friends attended the funeral of Mrs. Emma Prior yesterday afternoon at the house, No. 7 North Main street. Rev. Orin Edson Crooker officiate. The bearers E.H. Wood, W.F. Cook and Edward Bishop of this city and Fayette Graves of Clarendon. Burial was in the old West Street cemetery. Among those from out of town who attended the services were Frank Prior of Burlington and Mrs. R.R. Redmond of Williston.
