Obit - The Sedan Times-Star, Sedan, Kansas - Wednesday, Dec 8, 1971

Funeral services held for Mrs. Ollie Hawkins, 87, of Elk Manor Rest Home of Moline, formerly of Grenola. She had been a resident at Elk Manor for seven years. She is survived by two sons, Earl of Aurora, Co., Erskin of Billings, Mont., and ten grandchildren, two nieces, Mrs. Lucy Hawkins of Wichita and Mrs. Faye Hawkins of Moline. Services were conducted Friday, Dec 3, at 2 p.m. at the Watt Funeral Home in Moline with Rev. Monroe Vaughan. Interment was in the Greenlawn cemetery at Grenola. Her husband Clem, died July 1967. Pallbearers were Wilbur Gillespie, Pat Lemon, Julian Cochran, Virgil Fickle, John Mann of Moline and Roy Miller of Howard.
