Ed was the son of George Gebbie Finley and Theresa Veronica Bloomfield. He married Anna Ruth "Marge" Morgan. They had five children, eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and one great, great grandchild.
Ed served in the U.S. Air Force during World War II, in the Pacific Theater. He was part of the 48th Bombardment Squadron. As a flight engineer-gunner, he flew over fifty missions from our base in Okinawa.
Ed was a lifetime member of the Lansdowne, Pennsylvania, Volunteer Fire Company, No. 1. He retired in 1982 from G.E./Honeywell as a manager, after forty-two years of faithful employment.
