When Samuel Graves 69 failed to return to his home Monday after he had gone out into the field at the rear of his house to cut some daisies the family conducted a search and found him dead under a tree.Coroner J.O.Thompson Rendered a verdict of death as a result of apoplexy.A painter by trade he was a member of the Newark painters union, of the K. and P. lodge of Alexandria and of the Modern Woodman of America.He is survived by his wife Mrs. Hortense Graves of the home,a daughter Mrs. Sarah Lyle of Indianapolis, a son H.D. Graves of Newark and a sister Mrs. Belle Troxell of Mulberry Ind. Funeral sevices will be at 2p.m. Wednesday at the home, Rev. J.S. Ricketts officiating, burial at Maple Grove cemetery.
