The daughter of Wilber and Fereby Robson, she was born June 10, 1919 at Neodesha. She was a graduate of Neodesha High School and the St. Francis School of Nursing in Halstead. She was united in marriage to George William Lewman in 1941 at Neodesha. He preceded her in death. Mrs. Lewman was a registered nurse, having worked for Drs. Frank and Allen Moorhead and the Golden Keys Nursing home, from which she retired. She was a member of the Church of the Ascension Episcopal Church, the 20th Century Club and the Wilson County Hospital Auxiliary. Preceding her in death, in addition to her husband, were two sisters, Wilberta Marie and Lola May and a brother Samuel.
