Felipe C. Garcia passed away peacefully at his home on September 20, 2013.

He is survived by his wife Amelia, son Felipe (Suzzanna) Garcia, Jr., grandchildren Daniel, Nickolas and Gabriella Garcia, sister Isabel (Arthur) Sanchez, along with other family members who will miss his big smile and wonderful stroies.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister and son John Garcia.

Felipe was born on August 12, 1938 in Williams, AZ.

He worked with Southwest Forest Industries for more than 30 years after that he worked with Coconino County for another 23 years until he retired. While enjoying retirement, Felipe loved to go on long walks through Flagstaff, where he would stop and visit with family and friends.

Services for Felipe will be held on Thursday, September 26, 2013 Holy rosary will begin at 9:00 am followed by the funeral mass at 10:00 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Chapel burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
