He was the former owner and operator of Consumer Electronics in Anderson and worked as an electronic technician for H.H. Gregg and several Anderson businesses.
He was a loving father who enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and hunting. He loved to dance and entertain his family and friends with his humorous outlook on life.
He is survived by his three daughters, Savannah Weaver of Anderson, Sally Wood of Indianapolis and Shauna Weaver (fiancé, Daniel Millspaugh) of Sweetser; a grandson, Cameron Millspaugh of Sweetser; three brothers, Bill (wife, Sharon) Weaver of Indianapolis, Wayne (wife, Edell) Weaver of Anderson, Jesse Weaver of Anderson; several nieces and nephews; and close friend, Vanessa Johnson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wiley and Lulu Weaver.
