BURCHFIELD, HILA MARIE OWENS died 3 Feb 2004

BURCHFIELD, HILA MARIE OWENS formerly of Oneida, passed away February 3, 2004, at the Cumberland County Medical Center in Crossville. Born September 20, 1916, she was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Mae Owens; her husband, Rev. Robert William Burchfield; one son, Ronald Eugene Burchfield; one grandson, Ronald Eugene Burchfield, Iii; five brothers: Bill, Earl, Marion, Auburn, and Vonda Owens; and two sisters: Versa Bell Hill and Vena Branum. She is survived by one daughter, Doris Eileen Etheredge and husband, Nathan, of Cookeville; four grandchildren: Karen Brown, Tim Cook, and Kevin and Eric Burchfield; two sisters: Jana Mitchell of Indiana, and Una Holt of Cookeville; and many other relatives. Funeral service was conducted February 6, in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Rev. Lon Chenowith officiating. Internment followed in Carson Memorial Park.
