Born in Clinchmore, October 16, 1932, she was preceded in death by her parents, Ezra and Clara Keith Rose; husband, James W. Jeffers; sister, Emma Reed; and brother, Claude Rose.
She was a member of Low Gap Missionary Baptist Church for many years; and retired from the Scott County School System after teaching for 38 years at New River, Paint Rock, and Huntsville Elementary schools.
Funeral service was conducted February 18, in the chapel of Four Oaks Funeral Home- Oneida with Bro. James E. Taylor and Bro. David Walker officiating. Music was provided by David and Felicia Walker.
