Gary Crofoot, age 19, was the son of Mr. Charles and Mrs.Ruth Crofoot,Jr. He attended Ovid school from the first through 7th grades, transferring to Harrison,MI, in 1954 after moving there. He graduated in the class of 1959 at Harrison High School.
He participated in track in high school and his favorite sports were swimming and ice skating. His hobby was collecting lighters.

Unfortunately his life was cut short when he was killed in an automobile accident.
He was one of five children. Those surviving are Connie, Jim, Charlene, and Sandy.
Kendall Funeral Home handled the services and burial was in Riverside Cemetery
